印第安纳州洛根斯波特2012年2月21日消息，美国MW Industries公司于当日宣布收购Pontotoc Spring公司。Pontotoc Spring公司是union Spring & Manufacturing公司旗下子公司。

　　据MW Industries公司相关人士称，此次对 Pontotoc Spring公司的收购符合公司继续寻找实力雄厚公司、进一步加强其业务的战略目标。该公司将收购Pontotoc Spring公司强大的业务、员工及客户群，并预计将Pontotoc Spring业务扩展为MW Industries公司业务的一部分。

　　此外，Pontotoc Spring公司的相关负责人指出，此次加入MW Industries公司将进一步加强其业务建设及投资。作为MW Industries公司的一部分，Pontotoc Spring公司将拥有更多的资源，使其能够继续为现有客户及新客户提供优质的服务以及新产品供应。
